Thread: How to remove back seat on 02 grand prix?

pull the front of the bottom up, then remove it, the back you need a 10 mm deep socket and maybe another screw int he top of the back if you have the 60/40 split. lower the seat back, unscrew it. seat back comes right out.

Might be easier to just remove the passenger front seat. I leave it out because I haul stuff more than people. Mine's a coupe and I fit a front bumper cover in there that way. I hauled an 8' privacy fence post easily using the golf bag pass-thru with everything in place, too.
