I'm completely stumped by what my car is doing and I wasn't sure what to search.
My issue is that when I'm accelerating rapidly the car begins to stutter in the 5200-5800 RPM range. This issue doesn't appear to occur in first gear but it does occur in second and third gears.
Things I have noticed while it's doing it:
- Power drops
- RPMs bounce roughly 100 RPM
- Boost drops
Things I have tried doing to fix it:
- Smaller belt. The smaller belt put the tensioner indicator on the middle of the three markings
- Different boost bypass solonoid
The PCM is not reporting any misfires or knock.
