Forum subtitles

Is it possible to add subtitles to threads? In particular I could see this being useful in the electrical section so people know what to post in body control or engine management etc as well as subtitles for the local sections so people have the states for each group right there. I know we can include info at the top of the thread when its opened but can we do it from the main index as well?

I was looking for that....I changed the Regional area so that the states stand out, but I agree, who wants to open each one to find out where they belong....I will keep looking for that
