I still frequent the mother land and the other new site. Out of the 3 this one is slow. It takes 3 times as long to change from page to page. I like this site but because it's slow i don't spend as much time here as the others. Why is this forum slow? I have qwest dsl too.

Notice how your time doubles here:

    8 85 ms 86 ms 84 ms 63.146.26.134
    9 177 ms 177 ms 175 ms ge1-1.br01.wdc02.pccwbtn.net [63.218.82.66]

This a point where one network appears to be handing off to another, so the problem is not with the site. My times are not as high as yours but Im still seeing that increased delay at the same point.

Chance, for what its worth, I was getting network alerts from this area (D.C, VA) not too long ago so there could be an issue there. It wasnt a fiber cut or anything just alerts with no real details as to what was going on.

It will feel like that until they get whatever issue is causing the delay fixed. If it continues for you I will see if I can confirm whether or not there are any issues in that area in the morning when I get to work. I usually get them at home if they are major, and I havent gotten any so it is likely a degraded condition and that is not as high of a priority as a absolutely dead or broken circuit.

Im really curious as to why its affecting you more than me. It looks like we take different IP addresses across the network transition so that could be why I dont notice it as bad.

should look and see where the 67.xx and 63.xx addresses come from

that's where the hangup seems to be, jumping from there.

Man, sure it a lot of additional latency after jumping to that last network.

Oh, and LOL at your signature. Brian, you're busted, LOL.
