Only place I've seen where you can see who 'Thanked' you is below the actual post they thanked you for.

Dont forget that the reputation icon is still in effect and it can be negative and because Im an admin it takes BIG BIG hits when I post something negative there.

Actually that is not it,
You can also go into the user CP and clicked the show thanked threads button...And Scotty i have talked with you before about this...I think the thanks and rep features are disabled untill you get a certain amount of posts.So that may be why this user above me is asking how to do it. Because he can't see it yet.
