i never got that deal at all, but i do get the banner ads placed in the middle of threads and stuff. 1/2 a post will be embedded in another post and so on.
if i highlight it all it fixes it oddly enough lol

i have ran old os before and had really weird things happen also it could be your video card not being big enough. Do you get windows that are jerky or have a shadow?

That's truly the video card freaking the fvck out you should be running a 1gb video card. Based on the computer you had when you installed Windows 7 you should get a ddr 3 video card. Your video card is fine but is maxing out when you more than 2 windows open at one time. Whats going on it the card is having to split the images up and forgets were each image needs to go.

Wow, Scotty thats messed up. I don't really subscribe to the throw away buy new approach. I do see the letters AOL on a toolbar and IMO thats never good. To me your screen grab looks like something that might happen if things get way out of date. Unless your box did this the whole time. this pc has to be 12 years old now. i may go vid card, but a new pc seems like a good idea. id like something faster.

The most dread thing about that (aside from price of course) is the looking at and deciding part. Desktops ain't the thang no more, mainstream-wise. Internet hogs are cheap but yeah anything with guts (plenty RAM and vid mem) is gonna cost. Let me know if you shop up a winner.

That's some weird jazz going on there, never had any issues on my laptop. Firefox or Chrome.
Somedays I want a different laptop for something new, but nothing really excites me besides the new Surface Book - but that's way too expensive for me, lol. I should get a smartphone first...
I'm better off getting an SSD two 8GB RAM sticks and calling it a day. The only thing that really bothers me is the crappy TN panel...., but that was the norm even on $1k laptops three years ago like mine, even today you have to spend decent coin to not get a TN panel, or a crappy touchscreen.
Nice to see some computer nerds here, lol.

seem the ones with a fan work better, but the cost goes up. i could always add one i suppose. just a little one to blow on it.

Want to hear something funny the fan doesnt do much as far as cooling the video card board. It's there if you try and max it out. Unless your running games on your computer you don't need anything past web video card and that's really pushing it
