It looks like the guy I sold my car too is selling it already. I just sold under a year ago to a friend of a friend. I know they babied it too. This car was loved if you happen to want a 40th anniv car.

I don't think its rust, I know for a fact this guy had the car stored from October until about 2 weeks ago. I almost never let it see snow since 2007, and when it did it hit the car wash right away. I know the first owner rarely let it see snow. This thing wasn't close to having rust of any kind. Maybe dirt? A scratch? Crappy quality picture?

Looked like dirt to me...if rust it's hardly anything but a little surface rust.
