Hey all. So, I'm the guy that picked up Nick's GP.

To make a long story short, as Nick knows, I bought the car because I didn't want any more projects. This car was done, ready to go, I could sell my project car and go on my merry way. ... wrong.
I drove the car around normally back and forth to work and jumped on it that night when nobody was on the road. To my disbelief, there was no 3rd gear. I was wondering why it was hitting the rev limiter at the top of 2nd, and when hooking up my HPT discovered that it was "commanding" a shift to 3rd, but wasn't doing a darn thing. And yes, I increased clutch and line pressures and they didn't do a thing. So either way, I reached out to TEP...as I refuse to deal with anyone else for a trans. I spoke to them about the work done to the trans and they said it was only a matter of time before it blew. So, a $4000 price tag later, I threw in the towel, because with a wedding coming up in May, that's completely out of the picture. Nick has been great through this ordeal and has helped me along the way, so don't make it look like I'm trying to rip him apart I simply don't want to get ripped apart for demodding the car! hah
So, here's the deal. The car is up for sale. The car has been returned to stock. The car is now N/A with a brand new oil pan, oil pan gasket, intake gaskets and intake plenum. All Felpro gaskets. The suspension has been returned to stock. The trans is out of a 99 Regal GS, adult owned, with 8X000 miles on it...so it still has a HD diff in it. Cosmetically I left the roof rails and SLP spoiler on the car...for now. Currently a SLP exhaust sits on the car, out of a 3" Hogan DP (I didn't have much luck trying to dig up a stock DP in the area...). If someone wants, I can include a SSM90 intake manifold if someone wants to supercharge it. The car has 110K miles on it now. 40K since Nick's rebuild by TTP.
For the right price, the rails, spoiler, and exhaust can stay on the car. I'm ASKING $3700 for the car. Obviously, the price is negotiable and I am open to offers. Again, for $3700, the goodies stay on the car. Depending on how low of an offer I'd get, they're coming off...stock catback will be installed, with a stock spoiler and stock rails.
Let me know if you're interested. I can have pics by Saturday, but the car looks the same on the exterior and interior as they do in Nick's original add, except for being stock height.
