I would love to but I have nowhere I could do it. The shop I was planning on doing it at fell through. I would need somewhere to swap the block and then swap all the parts like the cam and everything. Trust me, I dont want to get rid of it. I love this car. Ive been debating on renting a storage shed and parking it until something comes up. I just bought a 92 grand prix se with a rebuilt 284 that I was going to swap. We will see what happens.
IIRC the 284 only came attached to the LQ1, which was never found in a GP SE... are you sure it's not a 282?
Either way, good luck. I was toying with the idea of making you an offer because I have a soft spot for a 5spd 3800 in my life, but I'm just not sure it's the right move anymore.

Amazing deal. GL with sale. Ive driven in this car and it is a beast. Someone buy this car, find a cheap L32 and 284 and have yourself one amazing gp. It really deserves some love after everything Jason has done to it.
If someone wants to buy the car as a whole 3000 and its gone. If I dont sell it im going to try to find a block for it and over time fix it.
PLEASE just get a block for it and fix it.
If you lived closer i would totally buy it but 2500 cash in hand
