If I had the spare cash I would drive over and pick it up.

Hell, if someone had spare cash, even at 2000, this car would be profitable if you parted it out. I just don't have the time or funds to hold a car and part it or I'd do it myself.

i'd scoop this car up in a heartbeat if i could man.
    IMO you should ask more.

but coming from someone who has tried and failed many a time to sell his car a reasonable enough price.

for whatever these cars have lost their awesome resell value
Jenny, The '99 Silvermist GTP. With the mod's that matter.
I would rather lose by a mile because I built my own car, than lose by an inch, because someone else built it for me. Your car is your story, so don't let someone else write the book.

Salvage title takes a lot out of the value of the car. So does the sorta large list of issues. Granted they're minor issues, but it adds up. It's still a very plausible DD, but i'd personally like to see it picked up as a project car.

****, I'd sell it for $1500 if the new owner signed a contract allowing me to have a say in the decisions he made on the car.

OBO can go however you want it to go. :P
If you think it's worth $2000 buy it for $2000. If you don't, ask a lower price.

Bump. $2000 guys. This isn't an '89 Accord missing third and fourth gear or anything. Yeah it has a few kinks, but it's $2000. And it has a $200 radio in it. I can take it out, but I'm still going to ask $2000. GET IT WHILE IT'S HOT.

    I mean... bump.

    BUMP.

Seriously. Find a GTP cheaper than this that doesn't have a SERIOUS mechanical issue.

Or owned by a stupid head that has a sensor unplugged causing his car not to run. >_>

Bump. $2000, is that too much?
I nearly have the much invested in my PC, and it doesn't drive me anywhere.

Or are you all just afraid that this might be too much car for you?

I can't believe this car hasn't sold yet. I sold my 4 door that was beat to hell and had 268K for 2000.

You're tellin me! These pansy wansy's don't want a man car!

This thing runs, and drives, and works. AND DID I MENTION IT HAS 2 DOORS?

There are a few on the site, and I'm sure you see a few around, but in most cases, if you buy a GP, it's usually a 4-door. Even in it's WORST days i got compliments on this car.
I'm not pulling any fast ones here. It's not going to explode leaving the driveway (well I'd hope not, you might just be cursed). $2000 car. Literally. A car, for $2000.

Does it still have the pre-gens on it? Where is the rust located on the car? Pictures? Also you said some front hubs a tie rod and what were the other things?

I'm looking to get back into a GTP and get rid of my Intrepid so get back to me when you can!

Pre-gens are still on it, but if someone wants them I have stock wheels to put back on, so I'm not promising they won't go. I WILL make sure to update the thread of they sell though.

I have a tie-rod end for the car, front hubs are cheap. Rust is probably the worst part of it. It's not the worst I've seen on a GP, but it's noticeable and it's through the metal. It's on the rear 1/4 so it'll have to be patched up. Other than that, rockers and such are actually pretty decent.
