Looking to sell my 2002 GTP; here are the details:

    2002 GTP Sedan
    Black w/Black interior
    All options
    61k on the odometer

    Motor/Exhaust:
    VS Cam
    Double roller (no balance shaft)
    Comp 1.7 Rockers
    Ported Heads
    8 rib setup
    Front SS Plog
    3 inch catted SS DP
    Stock catback/resonator
    Stock transmission

    Interior:
    Special edition interior and cluster
    04+ seats
    Pioneer Navi and speakers

Car also had 12 inch front brakes, GMPP rear sway bar, stock strut assemblies with a few thousand miles on them, 18 inch rims. It has a 3.4 pulley on it but with the way the idlers are set up it's the equivalent of a 3.6. You could pulley down if you wanted and pick up some more power.

This was a Florida car with no Northeast winters (other than sitting in a driveway), so the exterior paint is showing clear wear on the bumpers and has some pretty normal bumps and bruises; a detail with paint correction should solve a lot of the problems; it's really the only thing that needs to be addressed. Interior is in good condition with the drivers side bolster showing a touch of wear. Drives nice; GM should have made the car this way.

I have replaced ALL fluids & filters, done plugs & wires, and installed a new battery since I bought it. Mechanically it is in great shape; trans shifts normally and is holding up fine to the power.

$6,500, but don't be shy with offers.

I will get pics this weekend (been on work travel for 2 weeks and literally haven't been home). The paint is the worst part, but it's black so it shows everything and did take a beating in the FL sun from sitting outside prior to me buying it.

Posted pics - link in first thread. I gave her a quick wash after sitting for two weeks while I was on travel.

    Comments on the paint:

-as indicated, the bumpers & hood are in need of attention. I do believe with a detail comprising of a paint correction the hood will be almost good as new, and that a lot of the clear wear on the bumpers will go away; it has not detached and feels no different than anything else

-the enamel on the exterior pillars is in tough shape; the prior owner held up the window with duct tape and I haven't had a chance to scrape it off

-engine bay has some oxidation and light rust - this is from sitting outside in winter. This car HAS NOT been driven in winter and has none of the usual northern GP issues

As you can see from the pics the car looks good a few feet away, thought you definitely can see little imperfections when closer in real life (not in pictures).

I'm at 01760 but the cars getting traded in at 3 today. It's too bad - with a bit of paint and TLC this would have been an awesome car for someone. Mods - you can lock this thread.

    Thanks,
    Brian
