I bought this back in April and planned on keeping it for a while, but started a business and needed a truck. I bought a truck and need to sell this to get rid of the monthly payment and get more space in my driveway.

It is a great car, bought it from the original owner. I have every maintenance record on the car from the day it was bought, including the original window sticker and all. Ever since I have purchased it I have kept a log of gas fillups, oil changes, etc. I have tons of records for this car.

It is a 5-spd and runs great, fun to drive, no issues at all. Brakes are good, tires are only like a year old.

The car is BONE STOCK. The only thing that I changed was I polished the headlights and painted the inside of them black. Not the lens itself, just around the reflector inside the light. Looks really good.

This car is a completely unmolested and not beat on WRX. VERY hard to find. The guy I bought it from was older and had kids, it was his commuter. I am older and have kids and it was my commuter. This was never raced, never driven like an asshat.

Now the bad, the car needs a little body work. It had some dings and stuff when I bought it. The front lip of the hood has a big ding and there is a big ding over the driver's passenger door. The front lower skirt on the bumper also has a little damage/deep scratches. The worst part is that some idiot backed into me in the parking lot a few months ago. It needs a new passenger side front door, although I do have one in the garage that goes with it, correct color and all but would need paint and blending. Wouldn't need to jamb it though. It would be an easy fix, replace door, minor body work on rear door, paint and done. Body shop quoted me $1600 for a brand new door, replacing it, painting the entire thing, etc. You can get out MUCH less by putting the door on it since it wouldn't have the cost of the door, installing the door, or jambing the door.

This is a great car that has a great interior and great drivetrain that just needs a bit of body work to be perfect. With this low of miles this car will last a LONG time.

I'm taking it at lunch to be detailed and then I'll post pictures.

    $9000 obo

It is pretty quick, but with a little bit of work these things can be made wicked fast. It's like a go-kart. The aftermarket for these things are HUGE.

I'm going to start designing and selling car parts, I am a mechanical designer by trade. I have a few F-body parts I've designed and am working on some w-body stuff too. I'm also going to start rebuilding cars.

I've been doing design work for other people for almost 11 years now, HVAC design for almost 9. I am very tired of this work and want to get into doing what I've always wanted to do.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. So far for the W-bodies I have the stuff to convert LS1 brakes to bolt-on to the cars (easy, just a drill press and tap plus a bunch of banjo bolts lying around) and am working on a bracket to get C5/C6 brakes on the cars. I think someone may already do that, but not sure. I know I can do it cheaper. I also have a design for a thin metal version of the cheap black strips that go on the top of the door panels. Seems like EVERYONE needs those and they aren't difficult to design/make. Going to send that out to be prototyped here shortly.

But first things first, I need to get this WRX out of my driveway.

Oh, and if anyone has any ideas for designs of things for these cars, please let me know. Obviously I won't sell anything until I am a sponsor, but I can get ideas for designs.
