before the post ill say, this car is owned by a close friend of mine and all the work was done by the previous owner, i have ridden in this car twice and this thing scares the living crap outta me, i was asked to start it up and move it into the garage and i refused! it is one powerful car and was a blast to ride in, the cars location is in Palo, Iowa 52324 and we will not ship
1993 Ford Mustang GT convertible that is Cobra clone. Car is supercharged Nitrous fed hard running 5-speed Pro Streeter that can cruise all day long with the top down and do it with no problems or issues. Needless to say the car is a blast to drive! All of the modifications that were done to the car were done professionally at a cost of well over $12,000 and it has less than 3,000 miles on it. Let's start with the body on the car, it is painted black with alot of gold fleck in it, i'm assuming they were going for the "Mystic Cobra Effect". Paint looks really good and takes on a whole new dimension when you look at it in the sun light. Paint is about three years old and was done when the car was originally built. The paint is not perfect as this car gets driven, so it has a few scratches and chips....BUT it's sharpenough that every car cruise and show it went to someone has stopped and wanted to buy it.. Motor has a 302 block with all balanced and blue-printed internals including forged pistons / iron heads that have been ported / Compitition Cams camshaft / Cobra style intake / Vortech supercharger / MSD ignition 6AL box / big aluminum radiator. Air conditioning was just charged and it works well. This entire car was professionally built by Boccella's performance, and the previous owner said he stopped counting when the receipts went past the $12,000 mark. Exhaust is handled by BBK headers with Flowmaster mufflers and exhaust that runs all the way out the back of the car (sounds good). Has Eibach lowering springs with Cobra style wheels and 215-50-R17 tires on all four corners. The transmission is a brand new T-5, the entire set up (transmission / B&M shifter / Centerforce clutch were all bought brand new from Jeg's). Rear-end is a 4.10 POSI. Interior is all black leather with a chrome roll bar (i still have the door bars for the rollbar wrapped in plastic as thay were never installed). Car has a dual purpose DVD-CD player with a remote. Only has front speakers but i usually don't use it with the top down, and i almost always have the top down. Car does have a nitrous system that is wired in to come on at full-throttle, but the system has never been really used. The only thing missing is the bottle, but i did install one and tesed it in the driveway, and the system does work. Honestly though with the tires on the car right now Nitrous would be useless as this thing just blows away the tires through the first 2 gears at least. Car does have a cowl hood and sub-frame connectors. ALL IN ALL A NICE LOOKING DUAL PURPOSE SHOW OR CRUISE CAR THAT ROLLS LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN ON STEROIDS!!!
Here are the things that i feel this car needs done to it:
- Front Fog Light added....they were never installed
- New front Windsheild (has chips)
- New convertible top (current top isn't in great shape, and i think the car would look great with a balck top versus the camel colored top on it now)
All sales are final and this car does not have any kind of warranty expressed or implied by the owner
Asking $7,850
