The car is bone stock. Has 5.3l engine. Need some slight body work and possibly a new front bumper. Front passage rim needs repair or replaced. It doesn't hold air due to a small crack. Wow. Why are the front tires 6 inches out of the fenders? I can't even think of a reason why...

It is up on jack stands so the new tires don't get flat spots. The front driverside needs a new valve stem and the front passenger side rim has a crack in it that is not allowing it to hold air. The rim is repairable for $175 can afford to get it welded though.
