Thread: California Car: 1998 Grand Prix GTP - $950 OBO

Hello,

Selling my wifes 1998 Grand Prix GTP. Car has about 240Kmiles and recently overheated as it was low on coolant. Car runs but has a mis.Car has a sound that seems like a cracked manifold. Check engine light codesstat that the catalectic convertor is pretty much done. I was at a point tostart putting some money into the car, but wife wanted something newer.

Car has transmission replaced around 180K miles. Paint and interiorare showing age. Car has 5 Spoke sweep rims. Body in great shape. Never in any accidents. Tan interior / white exterior.

Was planning on perhaps keeping car and pulling heads/blowerfor top swap for my 2000 GT. I got enough projects going on so looking to justsell car.

Located in Valencia, CA.

Car has been great and has definitely beenone of those examples of how if you take care of these cars they really do keeprunning forever.

If anyone wants to put some money into thecar, there’s definitely plenty of life left. I’d love to keep her, but just don’thave the room.
