Thread: WTB Clean 98-03 GTP No rust

Looking for a clean, 98-03 GTP. My must-haves:

1. No rust! Particularly in the rockers and strut towers.
2. Little to no mods. This will be a driver, not a racer.
3. Mileage in the low 100s or better. I want to put 100k+ of my own miles on it.

Would prefer 6-8 hours tops from Ohio zip code 45142. But I will drive for the right deal. Would also prefer a coupe over sedan and any color other than black, but at this point I'm getting less picky. If you have something that might work or know where one is, please let me know.

You still looking for a gtp? I have a black coupe gtp gtx id sell for $2500 clean title im in the dallas area though has high miles though 194k but runs and drives great

With 87K original miles and if it has no rust, that's not too bad of a price. I believe the GTP/GTX Coupes have reached the bottom in regards to price. Clean low mileage ones are now starting to rise in price. As the supply of good clean low mileage examples goes down, the price is going up. I looked at many before I decided to put a low mileage engine in mine. For the $5K-$7k I'd spend on a clean one, it was cost effective to fix mine. There is a 18K mileage GTX out there and the guy is wanting $14k for it.

For $7k, I was hoping for less miles. But I don't know how much (if any) the owner is willing to come down.

The first one was heavily modded with a lot of money in it. Not a bad deal at all if you planned on modding it to that level anyway.

The second one didn't meet reserve and is back up for sale.

I am getting a 2002 or 2003 GTP with 130k on it. Got this as a partial payment. Completely stock from what I know. Body and interior are in great shape no rust. Located just south of Detroit. I have a 99 GTP Coupe by Nashville. 4-5 hour drive. I go to Cincinatti often and its a 4ish hour drive. 126k. No Modifications at all done and very clean, lots of options, Sunroof and HUD. I think $4k OBO (obo-obo)

I have a 2000 GTP that is completely stock and umolested. It has never had any rust . The interior and the exterior is nearly perfect and is in perfect running condition. Needs nothing. It has been adult owned all its life . It has 142,000 well maintained miles.i want $2500 for it which I think is more than reasonable.i have pics if interested . It is red with a Grey/ charcoal interior. It is a 4 door and has all power options and is all original except for slight exhaust mods.
