I am selling my 2001 GTP Special Edition, heated seat works, hud (heads up display) works, after I bought it a year ago I did ARP head studs, cometic head gaskets, replaced lower intake gaskets with the newer style that doesn't leak or have any issues. I ported the blower, and it has a 3.6" pulley on it. It has a thrasher style MPS (modular pulley system, allows you to remove the pulley and replace with another size easily and quickly), it has a ZZP 1.0 canned tune, also has a 3" to stock exhaust down pipe, I welded in a fake catalytic converter (it's a straight pipe with a cat look alike housing over it). I have rotors online slotted and cross drilled fbody rotors, impala caliper brackets, and Hawk HPS pads on all 4 corners, the tires have about 90% tread left I just bought 4 new tires the end of last summer and I drive 45 miles a week to work the heat is hot and the AC blows ice cold and the motor runs strong. I did 04+ needles as well because they look much better. It just passed emissions, and was my daily driver. It has 80,900 miles on it and they may go up but most likely will not. I honestly miss having a truck. I am not a young kid and these were brand new when I was almost out of high school, I don't drive the tar out of the car as it was my daily driver and it is not a race car. I am in Franklin, TN.
A little about the car:
Like I said it is a Special Edition, which comes with the heat extractor hood, heated seats, two tone leather interior (ebony and light gray), a more appealing low slung spoiler. It has dents here and there (not like some donkey kicked it) more like little ones. The clear just started to peel on a spot about 2 inches in diameter on the spoiler.
The bad
The forward apply band went out, I replaced it and now it does not shift out of first gear. There are two dings on the passenger side door. This is why I am selling the car, I do not have the time to dedicate to the car. I am hoping someone who appreciates these cars will be able to get her going back to her old glory.
