I have a 2004 Grand Prix GTP Special Edition. I am looking to buy a truck and don't want to keep the car. The Special Editions were only made in 2004 and from what I can find about them there were only about 2500 made and only about half were supercharged. The special edition package adds the Special Edition wheels (17"), the functional heat extracting hood, the special edition spoiler, a few interior chrome pieces and door sills, embroidered floor mats, and a few suspension upgrades.

Car is fully loaded with every option but the tap shift. Car is supercharged, has heated leather seats, moonroof, HUD, 6 disc changer with Monsoon system, etc.

The car has 101,xxx on it and runs and drives beautifully. I would drive the car anywhere. I am the second owner of the car with the original owner trading the car into a local dealership. The car was never driven in the winter from the previous owner, but I did drive it last winter. The car has a few small nicks and light scratches with a clean carfax. Paint is in excellent shape.

The car is bone stock. Brakes were just done in august with wagner thermoquiet pads all around and I just turned the rotors. Bridgestone tires only have about 6000 miles on them and are in great shape and were just rotated.

There are cds stuck in the 6 disc changer from the previous owner and there is a small exhaust leak where the downpipe and resonator come together. I plan on fixing the exhaust leak this week but have really no use for the cds so I probably will not worry about that.

$7,000 I do still owe a little bit on the car so if someone was interested and wanted to buy there would be a couple day wait for the title. If you have any questions please let me know. You can reply here or you can email me at stealth170@hotmail.com

Very nice looking car. although I am not in the market to buy I thought I might offer a suggestion. Since the hood and rims are different from most a close up of both could probably go along way in helping your sale. Underhood picture of how the extractors function as well.I know nothing of the special edition, Although its hard to tell from the pic the trunk emblem appears similar to my Comp G, not sure if that means anything or not. Nice car and good luck with the sale.

Would you trade some 18" enkei wheels for those 17's? Maybe some cash on top also?

Those wheels came off the Aztec or Bonneville GXPs they are not just from that SE. That is a parts bin car full of left overs like the hood extractors from the previous body style Special Editions and also.

No doubt clean looking car and certainly don't see many.
How I treat my car: wreck, fix, repeat.

Bonneville rims are 18", and the '04 SE rims: "these wheels are actually from the Pontiac SV6 Mini Van".

The wheels are different than all the pictures of the sv6 that i looked at just now. Mine do not have an outer lip for wheel weights and the contours are a little different.

Nice car and good luck with the sale if you still have it.

FWIW, Aztek wheels have a different offset and have a slightly different look (note the fake bolt heads at end of spokes, plus the 'raised' ends of the spokes where they meet the barrel of the rim:

And how do you put a 6 bolt wheel (Montana SV6) on a Grand Prix? Plus, the offset is different, along with a lip on the front of the wheel, whereas the 04 GTP Special Edition wheel does not have a lip.
