I agree sometimes things happen or come up, but if your not going to send something just refund the money. A paypal dispute takes 30 days when the seller does not respond.

ask around ive bought well over 10k between 2 cars and tons parts off this site. only issue ive ever had was a junk turbo i sold swiggles and even that i paid him for a rebuild kit once he found out it was bad since i never used the s256 turbo myself.

zero reason to scam people here. leave the shady sellers to craigslist and ebay!
