Threw away a transmission yesterday, kept the HD Diff and casing.
It came out of a 1998 Regal GS, had 80k miles at the time the engine and trans were pulled.
Parts were cleaned, then the diff was coated in ATF and stored in a bag to prevent rust from occurring.
I was thinking 125$ OBO. Not sure about value, but I was told all around 100-200$ with the cover and stuff. So I'm pitching in halfway through.
Item is located in Canada, so no ideas how much shipping would be for a piece like that to the states. Guess to reduce price, if you don't need the shaft, I can remove it.
