I have a 5 button DIC for sale. I decided it wasn't worth the effort converting since the car is my brother's. Buttons are in great shape with no peeling. Mileage is 129,803. I'm also including the pigtail.

I could plug it into my brothers car, I just don't want to break the trim panel taking it off. I saw a lot of these cars for sale with the trim broken. I won't see him again until Saturday though.

If it's in the 90k-97k range I'd take it. Be sure to take a pic though.
I've pulled my trim panel off probably 50 times in 2 years and it hasn't broke yet so you'll be ok. Remember to remove the plastic circle around the ignition.

Alright, I'll do that Saturday when I have access to the car again. I thought the trim panels were easy to break because the car I got the DIC out of was broken and a lot of the cars I was looking at before we bought this one were broken (and, oddly enough, the ones that were broken had odometer discrepancies...). We need to pull the radio out anyway because there's a wire going back there for something that needs to be taken out.

Unfortunately, no. Someone had already taken the trim off to get the radio out and they broken the trim so I just left it. When I was researching how to retrofit it, I found someone who made a template for adding the holes for the two new buttons in the stock 3 button trim panel.
