Sorry standard and I was under the impression that when you unlock a car it's vin specific unless you mean if there's any unlimited years no there's not.. Sorry Bill thanks!

iirc you can unlock just your vin# for less credits then unlocking the whole year. unlock the year and it now works on any gp thats the same year.

That is how it works. However for an extra three credits..you can upgrade the year and unlock it all. Which would be cheaper for the buyer than paying all 4 credits to unlock a year that didn't have other vehicles unlocked.

Depending which vehicles are already unlocked. I have seen people have friends/member's use DHP to change the VIN to an Unlocked vin on the HPT.
And yes people who own DHP,still purchase HPT. Like Myself.

I too have seen and heard of this. Change the OSID and vin using DHP to one that you already have unlocked in HPT then use HPT to tune it.
