Jerry i run a gmr chain and zzp gear set. I dont have many miles on it. I have heard that the zzp gears are not machined the same as the gmr gears, possibly could be an issue but there is no way to know untill someone beats the bag outta their car and then tears down the trans and inspects. As of now, i havent heard any issues. There are only a limited amount of people running this setup. We are the guinea pigs so to speak haha. I have faith in the durability of the GMR chains and their super duper unobtainium material they are constructed of. The info came from some EXTREMELY knowledgeable fellas in our community.

you would have to contact zzp to see if they will even sell the gearset, as they have pulled everything from their website after the utter failure of their chain.

Thanks for the reply, how much power are you putting down though and mileage you have put into it. I have a new fully built tep trans but don't want to deal with the 7/8th chain stretch especially since the plan is to drop about 450-500whp.
