all clutches gaskets sensors solenoids and seals are brand new with only 300 miles on them it was a tim king trans that i had completly rebuilt buy my friend that owns a local trans shop and it has worked perfectly ever since asking $2000obo

No the series 3 has both bolt patterns on the flex plate

Yes you would need the one longer axel wich I have a pretty new one I could throw in, other than that it would be a direct bolt in but the trans cooler would need mounted somewhere, not a big deal it has a mounting tab to screw it into something you just have to find where you want it
