i have an ls6 intake manifold, cleaned and painted, with the ls6 MAP sensor plugged, fuel rails and injectors are included. I also have the fuel injector adaptors so the ls6's work with the ls4 harness.
all that is needed to swap would be a throttle body adapter, gaskets, and a few hose fittings. along with sanding the bottom to match your valley cover. and mounting your map sensor on the back.
