Tim.. make sure you keep in mind the one you are looking for. There is a slight difference in the adapter for an L36 vs an L67

Mines a l67 tb to gen v adaptor. I have a l67 tb as well if you need it to swap your l36 tb. Not sure what your looking to do.

The mafs are the same for na and sc tbs...97 and 98 are a different maf and tb than a 99 to 03..I.have both tb with no maf so u would reuse your current

Uh...check the prices the guys who posted are asking.

Vacuum on a 96-97 L67 will look just like your L36 with two ports. In 98+ there will be only one port 3/8" hose is what will come off it.

You only actually need one. If you needed two, you could pull the cap they put into the second port and put another fitting in it. GM didn't change the TB, just capped the second port instead of putting a fitting in it.

Hit the parts store and make your own lines.

Just sold tb adaptor locally yesterday, but still.have tb for 99 up if u need it. Only 1 vac. Port

Not sure what you mean by tapped? Comes with brass fitting for proper PCV operation which hooks to the nipple on back of gen 5 supercharger.

3 holes are tapped and 4 holes are through holes for bolting to gen 5.
