Re: Dual Heated Seat Kit (97-03)
There are pics in my build thread, but nothing major. I basically took 2 heated seat switch bezels, measured the distance from one side to the other (length wise) with a fabric tape measure (since there is a dome to the bezel, it's not flat), marked halfway on both, then cut each one in half. I cut on one side of the line on one of the 2 donor bezels so I have a little margin for error...I can always sand\cut more off, but I can't make it bigger if it's too small. I tacked it together with superglue then measured and compared to my original measurements, and it was pretty close. From there I compared the lip on the underside of the switch bezel to that of a stock one, the stock one has notches here and there to make sure it only fits one way. You need to make sure you cut those notches here and there so it'll fit. Then I test fitted and it fit, so I JB welded the back side of it with a patch covering the back side of the seem. Here's a pic at that point, I think:

Then I had some Plastidip laying around so I decided to try that, and somehow it looked fantastic:

Re: Dual Heated Seat Kit (97-03)
i had this all done on my 2001 seats. both seats were heated and worked great. I now have 04 comp g seats that are heated but they arent hooked up. I didnt want to bother selling 2001 heated seats. I acutally ended up throwing them in the dumpster. took about 3 weeks of just getting rid of junk lol
