id consider these at about 180 considering I was quoted a pair of black heated leather at the junkyard for 415 with 0 stains or rips.

Yeah, at $350, you'll have them for a while, let alone $450 in the OP. Sorry to say.
I just bought Mint 04 Cloth (yeah i know cloth is cheaper and not as desirable than leather)
For $100 cash, and got the gauge cluster from the guy included in $100, so if I sell that for the needles, i got my cloth seats for like $80
I'd say 04+ leather seats in mint condition are worth $200 tops. But if these Were GXP seats with the leather/suade. I would pay $350 for them in a heartbeat

I appreciate your opinion but I believe you are mistaken. The leather seats are A LOT more desirable than the cloth seats. I have literally given away multiple sets of cloth seats. Also I very recently sold a set of tan GXP seats for $500.
I appreciate your interest but for $200 I'd rather let them sit around for the time being, I'm not pressed to sell them.

More and more 04s show up in the junkyards everyday. It's a dead platform, you won't get that for them lower it to around $250-300 and I'm sure you can get some interest.
