I was gonna buy a chunk of commercial land but the owner had something against me reselling it in the future after I owned it. So he wanted in the contract I wouldn't sell it and would keep it. No way.. So stupid. If you people of today's america don't want it anymore and sell anything in this world, get used to the idea that you no longer have any say what happens with it.. as far as your seats, once they are sold and you get your asking price what does it matter to you if I choose to throw away the frames because I already have some. Obviously you don't want to sell this cr@p so you should remove your for sale listing!!!
