Figured I would help him out a little... BadlanzHPE brand, 3" dia.
I was told the wiring harness is new and never used.
He is FIRM at $120 shipped (I offered 80 :P)

This is the item for sale, and pictured above, new costs $175, but comes with 5 year warranty.
    http://www.badlanzhpe.com.webshop3.a...96484af9887c0b

It appears that it also comes with the $40 "stainless bolt on turn down option"

I thought that at first, but it is part of the exhaust that the cutout setup is welded to. The actual cutout itself (11 inches of the straight section) is painted black mild steel, with only small specs of rust... also I am pretty sure that hole is from a cutting torch, not rust.

I am tempted, but the 5 year warranty that comes with a new one means a lot to me, especially with electronics...

They're not that bad of a price new. But with how clean their wiring is on these, along with the craftsmanship. I would not hesitate buying one used. Especially at this price.
