No it isn't, but can be easily...and if these parts come in tomorrow it may come with a new gasket. As is, you would need longer bolts.

It can....in an 04+ car with the returnless fuel systen. 03 and back have a regulator that sends excess fuel back to the tank. It is much nicer, but I'm not sure it will work on your setup.

I kknew about the return line in my'03 GTP, but I was wondering if this fuel rail could be converted to have a return line on it. Also, would it clear the supercharger?
