I have a GM strut bar that is not used. It was recently purchased with the handling kit and not installed. It is brand new and will include the hardware.

It is GM P/N 12456148 Strut Tower Brace

Directly from GM Parts site.

For use on 1999 - 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo; 2000 - 2002 Chevrolet Impala; 1997 - 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. These are production Buick strut tower braces designed to minimize body flex. The kit includes ONE strut tower braces, hardware

You can do this yourself.... It's simple
look like this

red/yellow pictures=no bracket
2nd black pict=installed brackets

And I 'm not sure who else makes these, but you will need these if you didn't wanna drill your strut towers.

These are like $27 from Wbodystore, and I've seen them for less than $40 for a pair.

Yes, it will fit. If you don't buy the feet for it, not required, you will have to drill into your strut tower.
