They will be made out of aluminum.
495 for phenolic ic gen v
I've been in contact with him a little about them, and he plans on using the oem fuel pressure regulator, so they should be complete and ready to go once purchased. last time I spoke with him they were not done yet.
I'd love to see what he's working on and a general idea on price. The Aeromotives don't seem to bad until you add the FPR, fittings and plumbing then you're pushing $500. I won't even consider ZZPs
he told me they would be cheaper than the zzp billet rails by at least 10%.
Hey Ed, do you have an eta on these fuel rails, or is it still too far out to predict?
Got first set machined but not installed. I missed my window with spare time and it's on hold for little while. I volunteer for robotics competition at local HS and the completion is now.
Still working on projects!
You're killing me with anticipation!!!
Would be great for a Christmas present
Are you working on an adapter plate to bolt an TVS blower on to the 3800?
Would be great for a sub 1k source for tvs blowers. I was considering on going turbo, but would rather go tvs due to daily driver reliability.
M122 supercharger probable the cheapest available supercharger for about $500.

These guys are upgrading to a TVS that is bolt on replacement.
Be lucky to get any new TVS for less than $2500
in some of your pictures, you have studs that bolt the intercooler to the lim. have you ever thought about using those studs for an actual intercooler/lim/supercharger install? if you think it would work good, would you mind sharing your source with me?
post 635 has an example
Looks like threaded rod, cut to length and used for clamping force when he seals the cores.
