    Transmission went bad on the car. Parting out, or if you wanna come pick up the whole car, that is cool too. Interior is immaculate. No rust on the underside. Dent on drivers side fender where it meets the hood but otherwise the exterior is flawless. Located in Harrisburg, PA. Ship or pick up.

    104000 miles on it. Mods are just a K&N intake, and some aftermarket exhaust. I'm not sure the brand. Otherwise it's stock. Stock pulley. Private message me if you'd like the whole car.

    Car looks to nice to part out IMO. Surely someone would buy that and overhaul\replace the trans.

    That car is way to clean to part out, what a shame if so... Doesn't look like a drop of rust on that thing.
    What's up with tranny if I may ask?

    If it does part out, I'll may like to take the cup holder/center console and polished torque stars : )

    throwing code po0742, I replaced the ****ing solenoid and it's still broken. Revs, but won't go into gear. Turns over and sounds great.

    Ok, please for the love of all that is Holy!! Do not part this car, sell it to someone who will fix it!. Rust free, low miles (104K), unmolested, clean interior! Put this in the classifieds, craigslist etc, find it a good home. Hell if I was at all close, I would take it for 1K, fix it and find it a home. Clean GTPs will continue to get harder and harder to find, no sense killing one just because it needs a trans. Through the 70s, 80s and 90s no one cared about a Buick Skylark or a Oldsmobile Cutlass, but when Camaros, Mustangs, Chevelles and the like kept increasing in price, us average income hot rodders started to look at these cars that once was overlooked, and now their values are increasing as well. GTPs may eventually be in this category, being a factory supercharged car. Hell even old Datsun 240s and 280s are going up in value now.

    Just my thoughts and opinions, if this was a high mileage car that had been ragged and\or rusted then part it. But I think this one deserves to continue on. But if I can't stop it, I would take the K&N if its cheap enough.

    I've been thinking about this car since you posted it...trying to find a reason not to drive 800 miles to PA to haul it home and save it.

    Does the car smell of smoke at all/has it been smoked in? That is probably the only thing that would deter me at this point.
