Got asked a lot since I last sold these little over a year ago...

Was able to obtain one of the versions of the 3D cad file and work with a shop to tweak it to be complete and ready to go!

So... I have 50 wraps being made. I have everything to complete the kits currently. Just waiting on my batches of bars to come in.
Includes bolts, washers, nuts, support strap (these are now all extra long straps for people that have 3" intercoolers or other reasons to need longer)

Shop is doing 5 batches of 10. Taking ~2 weeks or so to get the 10 made.

I am taking $50 downpayments to hold you one. (Remaining $110 will need to be sent before shipping)

Complete price SHIPPED from 41018 , is $140.

Mini Speckle Black Powder Coated is $180 ( 2 in stock )

I accept paypal. Just PM me here, email steven.chesser@twc.com or find me Facebook to contact me.

These are direct fit for the GEN5 blower.

GEN3 require you to modify the blower case to fit.

Due to the design you need a fuel rail solution like PRJ, Aeromotive, ZZP rails, as the bar sits where the stock lines lay.

Biggest pulley size recommended is 3.25"

Any bigger and its way to tight of a gap and you will need to get crafty.

You also need an intercooler otherwise you will need to get crafty with your belt setup. I have seen people use it without an
intercooler and HBody tensioners and what not, but no idea what all really goes into that setup.

Once installed you will need to measure the strap, trim it to length needed, and drill a single hole in the strap to bolt it to the wrap bar.

( Will include printed instructions )

For most part, pretty straight forward install setup.

Some design aspects of the bar is the raised area near the pulley.
This is so you can easily run your intercooler and spark plug wires under it.

    Bar itself is 6061/T6 Aluminum.

    Support strap is Aluminum.

All bolts/washers are stainless. 3x of them being hex cap longer bolts.

Pulley is wide enough for the 8 Rib belt conversion setups.

As of this posting, I have 6 pre-sold and 4 unsold.

Some pictures from a previous owner with a GEN3

I just installed mine several nights ago on the new motor in my 2000 GTP. I bought one of these several years back and it sat in a box in anticipation for my engine build. Here are some things I noticed about my install. I am not using an intercooler but I have a Gen 5 with a 1" phenolic spacer that I purchased from another member on here. I am also using Aeromotive fuel rails and an 8-rib conversion. The 8-rib idler pulley on the belt wrap is 75mm. I had to remove my ZZP 3.4 SC pulley and install my ZZP 3.2 SC pulley because the gap between the SC pulley and the idler pulley was way too close (tight) IMO. If I can find a smaller diameter idler pulley that is wide enough I will probably change the SC pulley back to the 3.4. In my situation with an 8-rib setup, the belt doesn't come in contact with the entire idler pulley surface. It hangs off the end (toward the passenger side of the car) by about 1/8". To remedy this I found a machine spacer at my local Ace Hardware that was about 1/4" thick and installed it over the pulley shaft of the bar and behind the idler pulley. This placed the belt directly in the middle of the idler pulley. On a stock 6-rib application I don't believe this will be an issue. I also had to raise my coil packs about 1/4" to clear the small 75mm idler pulley. In my situation I just had to do a little bit of massaging to fit it to my liking, but all being said this is a great product that looks awesome and performs flawlessly.
Comp Cams Cam. #150 springs. roller rockers. CNC heads. 3.4" pulley. P&P Gen V. 8-rib w/belt wrap. N* & LQ4. 1" phenolic spacer. P&P/coated LIM. boost temp gauge. Aeromotive fuel rails. underdrive W/P pulley. coated TOG headers. Magnaflow cat back. Random Tech DP & Cat. balance shaft delete. built trans. Hughes converter.

If go beyond the "typical" install, you have to get a little crafty sometimes. Seen quite a few different installs where people have made some pretty neat rig ups.

Glad it is working out for you in the end.

it gives you clearance between the supercharger belt and the coil pack mount bracket. it also greatly reduces the chances of belt slip. I think you need to have a sub 3.25" pulley to be able to use it.

This is correct. 3.25" is the biggest you can use with it. I have had a few people tell me they've used bigger that has to be a hell of a tight fit and PITA to get the belt on.

I am also donating a full kit to the up and coming 3800/WBody gathering in June for their raffle deal!

No problem ... Yah a 3.4 you shouldn't be really having to much of any slip issues... even with a 3.25 inch shouldn't be all that bad.
REALLY for the guys running sub 3.0" and spinning some high rpms. Sean who made these originally made it for himself for his 2.7 and smaller setup back
    in the day....

BUT I've come to find a lot of people like it on there just for the looks, which is fine with me... looks good, and still helps serve a purpose of some kind then

I'm not sure if this helps , but my buddy had a set up that would eat belts. After a year it would show signs of slipping.
With the wrap kit in , it lets even a worn belt be used without slipping. Actually I don't think I remember him buying a new belt in over 2 years now

I got my original belt wrap in 2008.... and never changed belt again when I scrapped the car and pulled the engine in 2014.

Good sign of belt slippage is if you have that nice dark black line of belt dust going down the hood.
