Up for sale is my used Short Stack Intercooler Kit from ZZP bought years ago. I am out of the 3800 game for now... until I put an L67 in my van lol, so I won't be using this anytime soon. Interested in your ic! Other than gaskets what else would be needed to complete install thats not included in your sale?

To complete the install you need 3/4" hose to run from heat exchanger to the IC. Barb fittings, couplings, elbows and whatnot. Hose clamps, maybe some zip ties to keep everything tidy miscellaneous hardware (heat exchanger) and a fuel rail solution weather its modifying your rail, purchasing a modified rail or fuel log setup or find some injector spacers. I believe that is all.

How many miles? Why does it look like the heat exchanger has been hit or something?

I bought it used from another guy, the heat exchanger has a little dent in it. Doesn't affect performance nor does it leak. Guy I bought it from put 10k miles on it. I put 5k on it.
