Brand new. Never installed. ZERO miles. Last time I talked to Dave at TEP he told me I had a warranty. It wont start until I called to let him know I put oil in it. Not sure if its transferable or not, that's something you'd have have to talk to him about. 3300 shipped 3000 picked up. I'd like to get this thing gone. I can pm pictures if need be. It has the upgraded groovless input shaft along with a 3k stall precision torque converter. I paid 4000+ for this thing to sit. I do have a copy of the invoice. Trans is out of an 01 Regal. Will work in GTP/GS from 98-02.
