    Leaking valve covers, easy job, right? Got the front one off and saw this.



    If you can't see in the picture, the inside edge is kind of chewed up, so I'm not sure it will hold the gasket securely in place.

    Big problem? No problem? Order new valve cover? Just use it as-is? Try to JB Weld it?

    Always something slowing me down from getting this thing back together.

    id set the new gasket in some rtv in that area. not to much lip is gone.

    What side is it? Front or back. I have a few extra VC's laying around i'd sell ya cheap! 5 bux plus shipping.

    I'd put the new gasket in, and just a tiny bit of rtv to hold it in place where the lip is gone..
