just did this last night. remove the dog bone. then with a sharp ass razor knife look from the sides of the old mount, see the rubber bar on both sides of the center metal tube? cut it through on both sides, top bottom, left and right.

then take the bolt put it through a box wrench then through the old mount, nut the other side, then rip that pos out. once the middle is cut and ripped out, use a screw driver to pry the center rib of the old mount out of its groove and tear it out as well.

the new poly mounts slide right in.

i did it like this in like 15 minutes start to finish last night.

dont burn em out, thats a f ing mess.

take a sharp knife cut the middle part out with the metal bolt sleeve out, then pry the rest out, i had both out and new installed in 15 minutes with a utility knife and a old blade lol

good luck. but you would need to pry them out a bit, and spray lube the whole damn rubber part, then try to rip them out with out them tearing.

You laugh, but people use it all the time mounting tires, especially motorcycle tires because it won't ever attack rubber. Dish soap and petroleum based sprays will.

That's exactly what I did. I had to use the grinder on the saw blade though to get it to fit between the gaps.
