    I'm thinking about getting the JE Forged Pistons from ZZP for my turbo build and was curious if anyone has used them or has any experience with them. I attached the link below. Thanks in advance.

    IMO, its not worth building the motor.

    Run a stock short block. ZZP themselves have ran a stock shortblock to 700 hp. And so have many many other people on here with there turbo cars and M90 cars.


    I could buy 2 motors just for the price of those pistons and dont forget all the extra money with sending the block off for machining.

    if youre that concerned about the low compression pick up an L32 block. it comes with coated pistons and powdered rods from the factory already

    Now if you wanted to pick up ZZP's new rods as well, I'd say go for it.
