So I've been doing my headers this weekend little by little and I almost had the back header off untill I stripped the bolt right next to the EGR. Im so pissed! Anyone have any good ideas on how to get the bolt off? I hit it with pb blaster and nothing. Im so frustrated I could just put it all together and forget modding.

heat, and try and tap a socket a size smaller onto the bolt.

or buy a mac edge socket, they take 70% rounded bolts off, they are the ****

If it's the bolt directly next to the EGR. That's a stud with a nut on it. The stud can be taken out with a 5.5mm socket if ... it's in a good mood.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

I had a similar issue on the same stud. I just took 2 of the nuts stuck them on together and tightened them down till I think I was near about 200lbs of torque then backed the stud out. Kills the stud and the nuts but you can get the studs cheap from zzp and the nuts are less then $.50 for grade 8 8mmx1.25 pitch. I have yet to find a bolt out set that will do a stud that small.
