    ALOT.

because of the year differnces and such. You can just drop on into the car. Lots of custom fab work and wiring.

ya the work would be insane. get a second car and dont plann on driving the gp for a while if you do it. the one thing im wondering is if the subframes would match up? in my opionion i think it should, that would reduceo n alot of the time that the swap would take. then the rest comes down to the wiring an stuff. you would need to get all of the computers/modules(engine control module/ECM, pwertrain control module/PCM, etc.) out of the donor car because on most OBDII cars, all of the computers communicate wit heachoter and i kinda doubt any would "get along" if they were mixed with the OBDI computers/modules on your 94. please make a how to if you do end up doing the swap. im very curious to see it done. as far as i know it would be the first 3800 s/c swap in one of our cars (1st gen w-body, 5th gen grand prix)

Did a swap from a 99 gtp to a 93 cutlass. Basically a drop in, we had to cut some of the firewall because we did headers. Also moved the upper motor mounts. The wiring harness was the most expensive thing to get done. Also need gtp axles to combine with your stock ones, gtp inners, stock outers, but use the gtp shaft for the passenger side. It would be wise to upgrade the fuel pump. You will also need power steering lines from a n/a 3.8l. There's more to it, but it really aint that bad.
