Does anyone know where to get the factory style spring clamps?

When I got the car the clamps were all the screw type, and they suck. I replaced all the hoses and clamps as a precaution due to the age of the car, but all of them leak unless you tighten them every month.

I went to the dealer, they were of no help at all, and local parts stores just go Huh?

Search Amazon or eBay for "Spring Hose Clamps" and you should find what you are looking for. They won't be OE GM clamps, but unless you're doing a concours restoration, I don't think anyone would notice or even care. I got an assortment of 6mm-22mm for under $15 on Amazon.

Other option would be a pull your own parts place. Those would be OE if they haven't already been replaced with worm screw clamps. They should be very cheap there, if they even charged you at all.

have you changed the hoses too? unless the worm clamps were crap they should not need to be re tightened monthly. bad hoses could cause that tho.

I'll try searching around some more. I heard they are called Corbin clamps which will help in the search.

About 5-6 months ago I replaced all hoses and seals in the cooling system. Only the hoses at the clamps are leaking, but if I tighten them they're OK for a while (3 weeks) but then they need to be tightened again. The heat cycling just causes them to back off...

try better clamps. only time ive ever had worm clamps back off was the junk clamps that came with a coupler from home depot. was not a auto rated clamp. changed them and never had the air filter come off again.
