You really only need 2 things to run a smaller pulley. Exhaust work and a computer tune if you want to be 100% safe. Changing spark plugs or wires just comes with modding and of course you must run 91+ octane fuel if you live in the states.

There is no need to change the throttle body, the cylinder heads but I assume when you say "exhaust heads" you are talking headers.

Various companies sell headers, most run speed daddy headers from ebay. Budget comes into play there and headers are headers, you pay for the quality but you won't reach a point where you will be outflowing them.

Past the standards of the 3.4 setup will a little different. At a certain pulley level of around 3.2-3.3 depending on where you live you will outflow the stock MAF sensor and you would have to upgrade to a larger one. Fuel injectors will be pretty much gone around the same pulley size, you will outflow them and need bigger ones. An intercooler would be a great idea past a 3.4 pulley, you will making so much heat from the supercharger that it will create more knock.

So basically make your own air intake, buy some headers, drop a pulley and tune the computer. You would be wise to buy yourself a scan gauge to monitor the engine and make sure it's not going to blow up and invest in a wideband o2 sensor to see real time Air Fuel ratio readings.
