do you sell something that fixes the problem when you turn on your lights, they come on full brightness for a second, then dim down, and slowly charge back up?

the kit i have is the Canbus 35w 5000k kit that zzp sells

Ballast warm up? Any ballast will have it. How short of a warm up most likely would depend on quality of ballast.

Yup as long as you get a amp ballast. Most oem are d2s but there's always connectors that allow you to run either one. Next best thing to oem are morimoto ballast.

I'm sorry I wasn't quicker to respond, but most HIDs, including factory kits, take a few seconds to reach full output. They have this warm up period to prevent the bulbs from failing prematurely.

If they came on immediately, it would greatly reduce the bulb's lifespan

The warm up period is much less harsh on the bulbs and makes them last a lot longer. There are many more reasons why, but that should help a bit.

Stay away from DC ballasts also. I'm not sure if anyone carries them anymore, but they are exceptionally harsh on bulbs
