Decent Product ... Bad Service

I place a order over two weeks ago. Payment clears dec 1 and i get shipping confirmation within a few hours then i dont see the package till dec 14. tracking info says it wasnt mail for another 10 days. None the less when it got here i owed the postmaster additional postage because there was insuficent funds on the package. Product seems ok, but after all the time i spent dealing with this i might as well just paid a bit more and got the from the parts store locally.

Placed order feb 28th, said it was shipped the 29.... Recieved a "tracking number" but upon checking the number out, it seems its a non-trackable package.

If possible, could I get some confirmation that indeed my order was shipped?

You chose First Class International shipping service, which only offers limited tracking information (non-trackable, just confirmation).
