The last time it rained, and i was driving the GTP I noticed the windows and windshield were covered in waterspots.
I seem to remember that you can use a claybar, or a mild polish on the windshield.

At work, we use glass cleaner, steal wool, then some red work rags as towels to dry them, the flip it over to the dry side and buff out the streaks. Use some sort of water repellent like rain x on your windows.

I hit mine with the DA and ultimate polish in spring. Then follow up with washes and meguiars quik wax to dry.
In fall I'll use Collinite845 to help the snow and crap slide off better.
I do all the glass this way.

Is this just on the glass or on the paint as well?

A clay bar may not remove water spots. It is a good idea to clay the glass to start as this is the least aggressive method. If they are not removed then move to a polish. On

If the waterspots are on the paint and are etched into the paint a clay bar will not remove them. You need to use a polish and possibly a compound depending on what type of water spots you have.
