Might not be a tip or trick but here is what I did to help out a local guy...pics too!!

Ryan (Rynoman03) and I had been trying to set this up for awhile and since the Green Bastard (reptile) got a hold of him to tune his car after the ported goodies, figured since he was all the way out here (2 hour drive)might as well detail the car too Didn't take too many before shots but it wasn't too bad...we took the spoiler off and ended up having to repaint the trunk as it was THAT BAD All in all though the car turned out great and yet another black car that has been jew-tastically detailed in and out ;D I'm just glad Ryan was as satisfied as I was when it was all said and done.

Process:

Cleaned Interior with Meguiars Synthetic Detailer Spray (kinda funky but you'll never see a more showroom looking finish IMO.)

Hand Wash/Dry Panel by Panel from Top to Bottom
Turtle Wax Liquid Clay Bar'd
Wiped Down again to take off any white residue
Meguiars 2.0 Swirl Remover and #26 Hi-Gloss Yellow Finish
Polished Eagle Alloy Rims with Turtle Wax Chrome Polish
Dressed Tires with Armor All Tire Foam

Was debating the fact of using a cutting compound but after hitting it with this new Swirl Remover I came across...it REALLY takes the cake and made this thing shine like new even before the wax was applied. And without further ado...pics 8-)

The Arrival all opened up

She was a BIT dirty...

And the part to make any GP owner cringe...the infamous deck lid rot...
