I used a heat gun to heat the side of the lights. I did it in sections. Once the area was hot enough I used a screw driver to start prying the lens away from the housing. You could also pop them in the ovenand do the same thing. You can use this link fro reference. Just take your time as the black plastic from the housing gets a little weak when hot.
