  1. Yes It's holding up perfect! Never had a problem after the fix! What I did was completely bypass the Shift Lock Actuator (the 6pin plug) by jumping Pin C with Pin F. Pin C is the Key Cylinder Lock Solenoid Control. Pin F gives off power when the car is on. Doing this Enables you to put the key in and out like you used to. When the key is out, no power is running to the solenoid so you don't have to worry about draining the battery or heat issues. I have attached a diagram of the Shift Lock Actuator (6pin plug) to show you where each pin is located, colors of wires, and what each wires does. Hopefully this helps!

  2. hey man i was hoping you could tell me in a little more detail on how exactly you fixed your key to come outta the ignition? is it still holding up?
    you said you jumped pin C &F im assuming that means the 3rd and 6th port? did you connect some wires together hopping the square connector?
    id appriciate any help on this .
